DEAR PASSENGER: Please check if the date, time, price, and destination match what you requested. To travel, you must print the ticket and present it to the driver. If it is nominative, it is non-transferable. The ticket is valid only for the day, time, and services stipulated therein. No claims will be accepted at the bus door or at Agencies.
1- Returns: Tickets purchased via the internet or call center from Unibus.com.ar HAVE NO OPTION FOR CHANGES and can be returned (*1), only by the CARDHOLDER, paying the penalties or withholdings provided below, in the following ways: -Online through the website where it was purchased or through www.unibus.com.ar (returns only) or by requesting a refund aquí keeping in mind our business hours.IMPORTANT: a) Returns will only be accepted up to 1 hour before the departure of the purchased service, without exception. b) Emails received outside our Customer Service hours will be responded to first thing the next day. Please bear this in mind, especially for ticket returns, as you might lose the entire amount. c) Ticket refunds imply the following withholdings according to M.T.N 1317/53: 30% within 24 hours of the bus's departure, 20% within 48 hours of the bus's departure, and 10% more than 48 hours before the bus's departure.
Provincial services and companies Masterbus, Nossar, and EGA: 20% before 24 hours of the service departure, within 24 hours of the service start, there are no refunds. For tickets involving two or more companies through the combined ticket sales system, no refunds will be allowed per segment.
2- Luggage: Your ticket entitles you to carry a handbag that must not exceed 20 kg as stipulated by Res. ST 47/1995. Otherwise, please check excess baggage costs with the service driver.
3- Credit card transactions are authorized by Decidir S.A, a service enabled and approved by all credit card authorization centers in Argentina. The use, credit conditions, interests, payment methods, and other conditions applicable to credit cards are the sole responsibility of their issuer.
4- Tickets purchased or returned on Unibus.com.ar have a service charge.
5- Unibus is a trade name and registered trademark of Voyenbus S.A. (Tax ID: 30-70963508-1, E.V.T File no. 15893 Disp. 10034) and it is not responsible for expenses or damages caused by delays in departures or arrivals of services combined with other services, force majeure, or causes attributable to the transporting company. Voyenbus S.A. is an electronic collection and/or payment service provider and is only responsible for tickets issued on its issuance sites for Argentina only. 6- For international services, the passenger must meet all government requirements to travel and enter or leave a country. Voyenbus S.A. is not responsible for the costs and inconveniences caused by the passenger's failure to meet these requirements.
7- CUSTOMER SERVICE: Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 am to 9 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 9 pm, Sundays and holidays from 11 am to 7 pm (Western time).
8- Purchase subject to verification: Any ticket or ticket purchased under this type of contract (Unibus) and prepaid with a credit or debit card or any other electronic payment method is subject to verification by Unibus.com.ar or Voyenbus.com. The transportation company or service provider reserves the right, in case of any irregularity, to require the holder of the ticket (passenger) to provide clear and concrete evidence of the payment method used for the ticket payment, which must be presented to the bus terminal or corresponding transport agency authorities before providing the service. Unibus.com.ar or Voyenbus.com reserves the right to cancel a transaction in any case they deem appropriate, informing the customer to the email account or phone provided at the time of online purchase or through the call center. All operations are verified, and if irregularities are found, the purchase will be canceled without prior notice.
9- Minors traveling: Check requirements and necessary documentation by clicking here. It is the passenger's responsibility to present all corresponding documentation at the counter before traveling. If the requirements are not met, the service will be entirely lost, without exceptions.
10- The location of the processing entity is the legal jurisdiction for the transaction that governs the contractual relationship between the merchant and the cardholder. For transactions processed through Global Buses LLC, the laws of the state of Florida govern the agreement.
11- All credit and debit card transactions are charged at the point of purchase. Please note that your credit and/or debit card will be charged directly at the time of the transaction.
